On our journey to the Okavango Delta was crossed through Zimbabwe, and enjoyed an amazing thunderstorm through the early part of the evening. This thunderhead cloud had started to take shape by mid afternoon.

Cumulonimbus (from Latin cumulus, "heaped" and nimbus, "rainstorm") is a dense, towering vertical cloud, forming from water vapor carried by powerful upward air currents. If observed during a storm, these clouds may be referred to as thunderheads.

GICLEE PRINTINGHahnemühle Pearl

Hahnemühle Pearl has a smooth orange peel texture and a bright neutral white base. It creates really natural black and white images and offers vibrant colour reproduction and great detail too. The paper is resin coated with a fibrous feel. The satin finish of the resin coating gives depth to the image, which combined with the texture and vibrant colour reproduction, give the image the feel of an oil painting.

UNFRAMED: Please note that these prints are sold unframed but does contain the white border as seen. Total size of the print is as selected including the white border.

COLOURS: Whilst we make every effort to present a colour likeness of all our prints, please remember that colour reproduction can differ depending on how you are viewing the image, such as the brightness of the screen and the paper it is printed on. Please refer to the whiteness guide for paper colouring.
