If you’re not a fan of getting up early to capture the first light, then wait for winter. That way you can have a leisurely morning and still not miss the the beautiful morning sun.

Exploring Killarney national park early December, I caught the sun rising through the the trees and snapped this shot. There was still a small amount of morning mist in the air which really helped capture the sunlight in this images and bring out some lovely warm tones.
