After living and working in the city, there are few other buildings in London as iconic as the 30 St Mary Axe - the Gherkin. Lit up one early winters evening, you can see the famous shape lit up against the nights sky.

I created this image to be printed on metallic based paper, which I feel really pulls out the colour and feel of the city - an industrial type of feel. Some may find it cold, but for me, I love just looking into images such as this, it’s a snap shot in time and captures the essence of the city
