One of my favourite cocktails is a Mojito. Taken shortly after arriving in Hvar and in need of rehydrating, this nicely did the trick.

A simple mixed drink of rum, mint, and lime, the mojito grabbed international attention when Americans escaping Prohibition ended up in Cuba sipping drinks while soaking up the sun, now enjoyed worldwide.
